BIOGRAPHY
PRESING is a crossover band formed in Belgrade, Serbia in 1990 by singer and poet Kiza Radović and a guitar shaman Vladimir Krakov. They were a pivotal band of neo-beo sound, an authentic blend of hard garage funk created in Belgrade in the early 1990’s. Presing are “the creative leader of their generation of Belgrade bands”, said Dragan Ambrozić, the editor in chief of Ritam magazine and the selector of Exit and Terraneo festivals in the RTS (national Radio Televison of Serbia) documentary about Presing.
Musically, Presing started as a punk-funk band, and they changed their musical territories passing through funk-rock, psychedelic rock, alt country, post-rock, kraut rock, nu jazz phases until their current fascination with electro-dub. On stage, Presing are a powerful and breathtaking act full of surprises.
Their first album was #2 album of the year 1993 in Yugoslavia, in annual album charts by Ritam monthly music magazine. The second album 600 nebo (Sixth Heaven) was #1 album of the year 2002 in Yugoslavia, in annual album charts by Blic daily, Reporter monthly and OK Magazin. Presing video “Ritam u kojem stojiš” was #2 video of the year 2002 on the annual music video list by B92 television. Significant gigs: Brzi bendovi Srbije / Belgrade, Sound and Vision Festival / Majdanpek, Podignimo Stupove / Hala Sportova Belgrade, Dosta! (antiwar festival) / Belgrade, plenty of their own concerts in major venues in Belgrade, Serbia and abroad.

The Clique. An expression used to describe a small gang of friends, which usually means a great deal of devotion among members… of the clique. So, through the years, this clique has gone through the rough weather, and seen some sunny days, they struggled, they laughed, play, run, and fight to survive, individually and as a group. Like in some old convertible, with that flair from the seventies’ movies, they ride from one town to the other, one smokey place to another, from the first record to the next.
Brought together by their mutual love for music, Belgrade based On Tour started out as a side project of friends who just wanted to spend some time together writing songs. Their style is a blend of alt country, folk rock and acoustic sound.

Reading the words of Zikica Simic (a well known Serbian music critics) about their previous, self titled album, we can only expect even better review of the record to come. If that is even possible:
"If Towns Van Zandt and Emmylou Harris – after they sang together ‘If I Need You’ on Texas Rain – had decided to record an album, it would have sounded just like the On Tour’s debut. Band On Tour is true, important successors of the grand tradition of country-rock duets, with Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris on one end and Bonnie Prince Billy and Cheyenne Marie Mize on the other. Ivana, Vlada and Marko showed full understanding of this idiom. And, at the same time – same as Tindersticks – gave it a little bit of European feel. All in all, an amazing album. Ivana sings… I don’t know… incredibly."
